Returns and Refunds

DAMAGED ITEMS UPON DELIVERY:

If you receive items that are damaged upon delivery, please contact us immediately so that we can arrange for new items to be sent to you or for a refund to be issued.

Warranty & Returns on all Clothing, Body Supports & Compression Garments:

  • Please carefully choose these items as due to health & hygiene reasons these items cannot be exchanged or refunded unless they are faulty on receipt. We must be notified via email immediately if this is the case.
  • They cannot be exchanged for any reasons other than manufacturing defect. Please make your choice of styles, colours and sizes carefully.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS:

If you wish to cancel an order for any reason please contact us ASAP. Most orders are dispatched on the same day that they are ordered. If the goods have already left us you may be liable to cover the freight charges for both the delivery and the return of the items. If the goods have not yet been dispatched then no charges will be incurred.
